How do I know my online order went through?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately following the placement of your online order.
How do I check on the status of my order?

We have a printable order form (PDF) available for download. Fill out this form and fax or mail your order to Compass Records. You may also call us at 1-800-757-2277 or 615-320-7672 to place your order over the phone.
How do I request a print catalog?
Due to the high cost of postage, we only print catalogs periodically. If you wish to be on our catalog mailing list for a future edition, please submit your postal information via phone (1-800-757-2277) fax (615-320-7378) or email orders@greenlinnet.com.
I live outside of the United States; can I order your products?
Yes, you can. We ship orders outside of the United States on a regular basis. Please refer to our ordering information page.
What is your return policy on items bought at shows/festivals?
We only accept damaged or defective item(s) purchased from our artists at shows or festivals in return for the same item(s) in proper condition. See our return policy for more information.
I want to buy Green Linnet music in stores. Where can I find it?
All Green Linnet titles are distributed by Ryko/WEA distribution and should be available at your local music store. If such a store does not stock the Green Linnet title you seek, we encourage you to request that they obtain it. If all else fails, we would be happy to accommodate your order through our online store.

Does Green Linnet offer an internship program?
Yes. We take great pride in our internship program. Our system is unique in that it is based on a process of rotation, which we feel provides our interns with greater exposure to all aspects of independent record label operation. Our interns typically spend several weeks working in individual departments: Radio Promotion, Press & Publicity, Sales & Marketing, Production & New Media, and the General/Office department.
Duties include:
Assisting in all of our radio promotions efforts
Calling stations
Emailing press releases
Working on tour press
Calling writers
Building and maintaining databases
Calling retail stores
Managing website content
Assisting each department on both long-term and short-term projects.
Interns become familiar with a variety of software programs including Quark, Filemaker Pro, Toast, Jam and more. In addition, interns may take part in production/manufacturing and play a significant role in our mail room and assisting with other day-to-day tasks of the label.
